To get started, we ask for a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive classes.
Minimum Commitment for Ongoing Classes
The minimum commitment is one full season. Each season includes 1 make-up class for every 5 regular classes.
Abscenses, Weather, and Holidays
Holidays
We follow the school calendar. At the beginning of each season, you will receive an email with the total number of classes scheduled for that season.
Weather
If a class is canceled due to weather, it will be made up as an extra class at the end of the season.
Absences
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for class cancellations.
Same-day cancellations are considered 50% of a class.
Rescheduling After a Reschedule
We understand that things come up, and one last-minute reschedule may be possible. We always do our best to work with families when scheduling allows. However, if the student cannot attend the rescheduled class, the class will be considered completed.
Parents Participation
To help students stay focused, parents are asked not to participate in the class or remain in the work area during class time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made by 8:00 PM the day before the scheduled session to avoid a charge.
Cancellations made before 12:00 PM on the day of the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Same-day cancellations after 12:00 PM and no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
