Policies
Monthly Tuition
Tuition payment is due by the 10th of each month. If you ever need to extend the due date for a particular month, no worries—just please let us know.
Minimum Commitment
To get started, we ask for a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive classes.
Minimum Commitment for Ongoing Classes
To ensure your class time remains reserved, we kindly ask for a minimum commitment of four classes per month, with some exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.
Abscenses, Weather, and Holidays
We follow the school calendar. At the beginning of each month, you will receive an email with the total number of classes scheduled for that month.
Weather
If a class is canceled due to weather, it will be made up as an extra class during the same month or the following month on another day of the week (TBD).
Absences
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for class cancellations.
Canceled classes may be rescheduled within the same month on a day that works for both the teacher and the student. We kindly ask that makeup classes not be carried over to the following month.
Same-day cancellations are considered 50% of a class.
Rescheduling After a Reschedule
We understand that things come up, and one last-minute reschedule may be possible. We always do our best to work with families when scheduling allows. However, if the student cannot attend the rescheduled class, the class will be considered completed.
Parents Participation
To help students stay focused, parents are asked not to participate in the class or remain in the work area during class time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 12:00 PM on the day of the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
Same-day cancellations after 12:00 PM and no-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
